Chef Michael Weinstein puts his personal touch on your party. Michael was formally with the late great Dallas Restaurant The Riviera, and then relocated to California to work for Neiman Marcus.
Ellen Savage, our catering Director, has been with Al Biernat’s for over 8 years. She has filled various positions-wait staff, floor manager, and private party planner. She will help you make your event relaxing for you and fabulous for your guests.
Not only can we bring our regular brunch, lunch or dinner menu to you, we also provide a wide variety of items created by Michael and listed on the catering menus. Full bar, wine, and valet service is available.
